中秋佳节话养生:健康饮食作念好这几件事

行将到来的中秋佳节,亦然“吃货”们的幸福技巧。内行提醒,小长假里享受好意思食的同期,要提神放浪饮食、合理搭配等,顾惜病由口入。

中医以为,秋季燥气应时,饮食应以滋阴润燥为原则。齐门医科大学附庸北京中医病院院长刘清泉指示,中秋小长假要保抓饮食清淡,可多摄入银耳、百合、莲子、雪梨、甘蔗等具有滋阴润燥作用的食物,适量饮用金银花茶、菊花茶等,以清热解毒、柔润肌肤。

中秋假期里,健康饮食还需提神搭配、放浪、规章。中国疾控中心养分与健康所询查员王志宏先容,要谨防荤素搭配、粗细搭配、颜色搭配;提神少盐少油,作念到清淡温热饮食,减少饮酒;还应尽量定时定量摄入一日三餐,幸免暴饮暴食。
